Do you deliver?

We do. If you order products or services through our website we will deliver them to you for a small fee of QAR 50. Once you have completed the online ordering process, one of our of customer care advisers will be in touch to confirm a suitable delivery time with you. We can also pick-up damaged or defective handsets, take them to our repair centre and then drop them off with you once they are fixed (a delivery fee will be charged for each way).

I don’t live in Qatar, do you ship overseas?

At the moment we are unable to facilitate deliveries outside of Qatar. However, shipping overseas is something that we are looking into so watch this space.

I have received my Starlink order through your home delivery service but I have taken the product out of the box to find that it is faulty, what can I do?

Don’t worry, we will be happy to replace your damaged product. All you have to do is let us know that you have received a defective product by calling our customer care number within 72 hours of taking receipt of the product and we will arrange for our driver to come and collect the faulty product and replace it with a new product of the same make, model and type.

Where can I recharge my Qtel Hala prepay account?

There are plenty of hassle free ways that you can top up the credit on your phone. Either recharge on our website, visit one of our shops , or use one of our top-up machines which you will find in major shopping malls around Doha.

I have collected loyalty points through your rewards scheme but don’t see this function on your website. How can I redeem the points I have earned?

We won’t be carrying on with our loyalty scheme but we want you to know that we really appreciate all of our loyal customers so, give us a call so we can arrange to give you a voucher in lieu of any points that you have earned to date.


I have an old handset that I don’t use anymore, what can I do with it?

We have a fantastic recycling scheme where you can bring in your old handset to one of our participating shops in return for vouchers which can be redeemed on one of our products. The value of the voucher will be dependent on the type and condition of the handset given to us.

I want a new handset but I don’t want to have to change my telephone number.

That’s not a problem at all. We know how important it is to keep your telephone number so we sell sim free handsets with no obligation to sign up to a contract. So all you have to do is put your existing sim card into your new mobile phone and you’re good to go. We can also help you at Repair Centre to transfer all of your contacts to your new device, have a look at our Repair section for more information.

Which is better, a pay monthly contract or a pre-pay account?

We offer both and which is better for you totally depends on how much and what you use your mobile phone for. Please see Services and Recharge for more detailed information that will help you choose the right option to suit you.

Do you offer an installation service on all the TV packages you sell?

Absolutely. We have an expert team dedicated to visiting your house and installing the TV package that you have chosen. Keep in mind that you can order your TV package on our website, our customer care team will then call you to ensure we are able to install into your property and then arrange for our installation team to come out and install everything for you.

How can I find out about your latest offers and promotions?

There are several places that we advertise our latest deals. On our website, on our dedicated Facebook page, in our shops or in our quarterly magazine, Starzone. You can also create an Account and opt to sign up for our newsletter.
