The Starlink e_Top up n' GO Card gives you instant access to secure online shopping via the Starlink Website, e-voucher OTA (over the air ) Mobile recharge, Loyalty points with every purchase, both online & in-store. As well as, instant online access to your account information and transaction details shows you all your purchases and accumulated points at a glance.

In addition to accumulating points against every purchase you can also recharge your card at Starlink shops. Effectively, you buy points with cash or credit card to Top up your Card. Once you have the points loaded, these can then be redeemed against any purchase online at www.starlinkworld.com or against any other product at any Starlink outlet that you visit. One major benefit of your own personal e_Top up n' GO card is that you can recharge your mobile by swiping your e_Top up n' GO card at a Starlink e-Voucher terminal to get a Hala recharge directly to your phone without the need to input a PIN code. You can also use this service via the Web or via SMS giving you the freedom of 24/7 hour recharge service when and where you want it.

e_Top up n' GO is 3 Cards in one,

1. A Loyalty card whereby points are accumulated with every purchase from Starlink web site or from our stores. These points allow the Card to be utilised as a debit card when making online purchases via the website or when using over the air services such as Hala recharge via SMS or by swipe 'n GO in the Starlink Shops. On the Website, any purchase is automatically accredited 'points' at the virtual checkout. In a Starlink store simply present your card at the time of purchase and your points will be put straight onto your card account.
2. A Debit Card, whereby 'Points' can be purchased at any Starlink outlet to Top up the credit on the '.e_Top up n' GO.' card. These points allow the Card to be utilised as a debit card when making online purchases via the website or when using 'over the air' services such as instant Hala recharge via SMS or by swipe 'n GO in the Starlink Shops.
3. A Mobile Services Card. The e_Top up n' GO Card can be used to automatically top up your QTel Hala pre-paid account via SMS or swipe 'n GO using your Card No and secret PIN as authentication. These services were normally only available to Customers who have registered there Bank or Credit card details with a provider. Now anyone can buy online or over the air, without a Credit Card or even a Bank account. Simply top up your card with credit from any Starlink Outlet, and the e_Top up n' GO card can then be used to pay for and securely authenticate any online transaction.

Over the Air (OTA) mobile top up is a unique service, that allows you to refill your Hala account without scratching cards or entering long numbers, it simply recharges straight to your phone, over the air.

SMS

e_Top up n' GO allows you to use your account details (Card No & secret PIN) to pay for and authenticate your SMS transaction. Simply Text short code 2662 with a message; Refill, Card No, PIN, Amount, for example to recharge your mobile with 47 Riyals send to 2662 message; Refill 1234 5678 47 where 1234 = Card No, 5678 = secret PIN and Amount = 47.

Your Mobile will automatically be recharged with 47 Riyals over the air. This is called PIN less Top up. There's no need to enter any numbers, or scratch any cards, simply send a text, and recharge instantly.

Swipe 'n GO

e_Top up n' GO allows you to use your card in any Starlink Shop to simply swipe your card, select/enter a Mobile phone number to be recharged, enter an amount, and that is it. Simply use your Cards credit to be debited or, pay via cash or credit card and your Phone will automatically be recharged with the selected amount.

Points for purchases at any Starlink outlet are automatically credited to your e_Top up n' GO card. However in order to use the debit payment and Hala Refill options it may be necessary to purchase extra points to stock up your card. Points can be bought at any Starlink store or on the Starlink web store.

Please note; Points purchased Always retain their full value.

Our Loyalty Point Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at StarLinkWorld you will earn Shopping Points for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at StarLinkWorld.

When an order is placed, the total amount^* of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points. All pending points are listed in your Shopping Points account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by StarLinkWorld.

Redeeming Points at the Starlink WebStore.

During the checkout proccess, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of points you would like to spend or tick the box to use all available points. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

Note that any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent other than points.
